Tow Truck Operator Training and Certification Programs
N.A.T.A. 2-day programs are intended to provide the most comprehensive training available in the towing industry. Students are provided both basic and advanced information, intended to build knowledge and confidence in every phase of towing and recovery.

Our light-duty and light/medium-duty programs have been sponsored by state towing associations, police departments, state agencies, private companies, and motor clubs throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our programs are recognized by the state of Utah, City of Portland, OR, and the Professional Operators of Florida.
- We offer special training programs specifically designed for state associations to help their members improve TRAA Level I and Level II certification test scores; another to improve the skills most often provided to motor club members and emphasizes customer service; or we can specialize a program to meet your company or association's needs.
- N.A.T.A. also has a Train-the-Trainer program to develop new instructors or improve the presentation skills, organization, and effectiveness of your own instructors. Instructors who have completely our train-the-trainer program currently teach in 8 states and 1 Canadian territory.
